Speakers
Pritika Venkatraman: As an environmental sustainability planner with NJIT TAB, Pritika Venkatraman delivers technical assistance to brownfield communities across EPA Regions 2 and 4. Her work bridges spatial analysis, regional policy, and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable land revitalization. Pritika holds a Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree in Economics.
Samantha “Sam” Findeisen: Samantha “Sam” Findeisen is a Brownfield Redevelopment Specialist at NJIT TAB, delivering technical assistance across US EPA Regions 2 and 4. Previously with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Brownfields Office, she evaluated the technical compliance of HDSRF grant applications, guided communities enrolled in the state’s BDA program, drove public outreach for municipal site revitalization, and revived an ArcGIS StoryMap highlighting brownfield resources and successful BDA redevelopment projects. Sam holds a bachelor’s in Environmental Science and a master’s in Sustainable Communities from Binghamton University.
