 sustainability planner with NJIT TAB\, Pritika Venkatraman delivers techni
 cal assistance to brownfield communities across EPA Regions 2 and 4. Her w
 ork bridges spatial analysis\, regional policy\, and stakeholder engagemen
 t to drive sustainable land revitalization. Pritika holds a Master of Regi
 onal Planning from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree in Econo
 mics.\n\nSamantha “Sam” Findeisen: Samantha “Sam” Findeisen is a B
 rownfield Redevelopment Specialist at NJIT TAB\, delivering technical assi
 stance across US EPA Regions 2 and 4. Previously with the New Jersey Depar
 tment of Environmental Protection Brownfields Office\, she evaluated the t
 echnical compliance of HDSRF grant applications\, guided communities enrol
 led in the state’s BDA program\, drove public outreach for municipal sit
 e revitalization\, and revived an ArcGIS StoryMap highlighting brownfield 
 resources and successful BDA redevelopment projects. Sam holds a bachelor
 ’s in Environmental Science and a master’s in Sustainable Communities
