The Watershed Institute is hosting a virtual session on using public comment periods effectively. Speakers will explain how to review a proposed rule or permit, structure useful comments, decide between oral and written comments, and understand differences between federal and state rulemaking.
The webinar is free and registration is required. A recording will be shared with attendees. Attorneys may purchase 1.5 continuing legal education credits for $35.
