Tenafly Nature Center's outdoor forest school for children ages 3.5 to 7 starts its autumn Monday cohort, meeting weekly through December.
Tenafly Nature Center runs Afternoon Forest School as a seasonal outdoor program for children ages 3.5 to 7, taught in mixed-age groups in the outdoor classroom next to the Visitors' Center.
The autumn Monday cohort begins September 28 and meets weekly from 3:30 to 5:00 PM through December. A Wednesday cohort begins September 23, and children can be enrolled in one or both days.
Autumn pricing runs from $550 for one day per week to $1,150 for both days, and enrollment requires a Family Membership or higher. Health forms are due at least seven days before the first session; questions go to forestschool@tenaflynaturecenter.org.
