Jayson Velazquez hosts a neighborhood cleanup in Paterson's 2nd Ward on Friday, October 2, from 6–8 PM. Meet at Hine and Barclay Streets.
Join Jayson Velazquez and Paterson neighbors for a community-wide cleanup focused on removing litter and caring for the neighborhood. Volunteers will work in teams to walk blocks, collect litter, identify areas needing additional attention, and help create a cleaner, safer neighborhood.
The cleanup takes place Friday, October 2, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at 156 Barclay St, Paterson, NJ 07503. Volunteers meet at the corner of Hine and Barclay Streets at 6:00 PM. Please arrive a few minutes early for check-in, team assignments, and a brief overview.
The cleanup will cover Barclay, Main, Hine, Courtland, Camden, Atlantic, Pacific, Sussex, and Marshall Streets and surrounding blocks in Paterson's 2nd Ward.
Street parking and local transportation are available. Do not park in the nearby private lot. Bundle up, bring a poncho, and wear comfortable walking shoes.
