The New Jersey Economic Development Authority holds this informational webinar on its Garden State C-PACE Program, focused on how municipalities can opt in.
C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) is a voluntary financing tool that lets qualifying commercial property owners finance energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, and resiliency improvements, repaying the investment through an assessment collected like a property tax charge. Municipal opt-in is what makes the program available to property owners in a given town.
