Children ages 5 to 10 draw a mystery New Jersey animal, then explore its habitat on an arboretum hike.
Children ages 5 to 10 will explore local New Jersey wildlife by making a step-by-step drawing of a mystery animal, coloring their artwork, and joining an Environmental Educator for a guided hike through the arboretum's gardens and grounds.
The cost is per child. Registration is required because space is limited. Tickets are $20 for members and $30 for non-members.
Reeves-Reed Arboretum provides an accessible entry, limited accessible parking, accessible restrooms, ramps, and paved access to major visitor areas. Contact the arboretum about the route used for the guided hike.
